An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Attendant Counselor 3 to lead shifts at a residential habilitation center. Lakeland Village Residential Habilitation Center has an opportunity for you to use your coaching and mentoring skills to work with people with intellectual disabilities.
As an Attendant Counselor 3-Shift Lead, you will be a shift charge, assist, train, monitor, and keep DD clients free of abuse/neglect in a home-like setting. Functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team following IMR/Nursing Home Regulations.
Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
This is a Shift 2 position (2:30PM-11:00PM, Friday and Saturday's off) at the Ponderosa Cottages.
