The State of Washington is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor 3 to manage operations at multiple facilities. This role involves leadership in maintenance delivery, adherence to compliance standards, and staff management, aimed at supporting the mission of the Department of Social and Health Services. Maintenance Supervisor 3 - Operations Manager
Come and work with us and apply your leadership knowledge to supervise the operations’ side of our Maintenance and Operations Division which supports Western State Hospital, CSTC and Steilacoom Unit in Lakewood, WA. As a supervisor, you'll have a vital role in the delivery of maintenance facility operations. We are eager to hire a hardworking, dedicated, and safety-oriented professional to join our team.

Who should apply?
Professionals who have journey status as a trades-worker in one of the recognized fields such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, hvac, or sheet metal. Five years of work experience as a journey trades-worker, two years of which in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Equivalent education/experience.
