We are seeking an experienced Senior Epic Interface Analyst to join our team at the Finance, Technology, Analytics, and Accounting Administration (FTAA) and Division of Enterprise Technology (DIT). This is a great opportunity for you to use your Epic Bridge Certification and experience with interface engines like Rhapsody and Corepoint.
In this role you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Epic application modules, translating clinical and operational workflows into precise system design decisions, and ensuring that the build accurately reflects the needs of the programs it serves. You’ll lead testing activities within the assigned functional domain, reviews and approves the work of less senior analysts, facilitates working sessions with clinical and program staff to gather and validate requirements, and serves as the primary point of escalation for complex application issues that require deeper technical judgment. You will also contribute to go-live planning, post-activation monitoring, and the continuous improvement of system configuration as program needs evolve.
Note: This job requires Epic Certification. If the candidate does not have Epic Certification, they will successfully get certified in the modules identified within a 4 month period after hire.
