Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center in Shoreline is hiring multiple Habilitation Plan Administrators to lead Individual Habilitation Plans for residents on each living unit. You will coordinate an interdisciplinary team and monitor plan implementation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualified candidates will have a QDDP designation and relevant experience with individuals who have intellectual disabilities; a CSWE-accredited degree is required in some cases.
Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center in Shoreline is a home for people living with intellectual disabilities. We are hiring for multiple Habilitation Plan Administrators to join our team. Habilitation means helping people build skills needed for daily life. As a Habilitation Plan Administrator, you'll lead the plan that guides each resident's training and care.
In this role, you'll work in one of Fircrest's program area teams, which has nine living units. You'll care for residents on your own caseload and guide staff from many fields. Together, you build each resident's Individual Habilitation Plan and make sure the team follows it. Your work helps each resident get the right support at the right time. The work you do also helps Fircrest meet federal and state rules and requirements – ensuring high quality care is an important part of your job.
Meets the professional requirements for a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP)* AND one of the following:
One year of experience in a qualified field if bachelor's degree has been obtained, experience must have involved treating or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
OR
Two years of experience in a qualified field if master's degree has been obtained, one year of which has been involved in treating or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
OR
One year of experience in a qualified field involving treating or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, if doctoral degree has been obtained.
Note: A degree in Social Work must be from an educational program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
