Job summary

Barcelona Foods is seeking a DSD Route Sales Manager to grow our direct-store-delivery business in the DMV and South Central Pennsylvania market. You will lead a route sales team, drive performance, and take ownership of the numbers while building relationships with new and existing accounts.

The role offers a $60,000 base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses (up to $99,000 first year) and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Comfortable managing and motivating a route sales team.
• No college degree? No problem. We’re hiring for drive, sales ability, leadership, and results — not a piece of paper.
• This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-and-watch-the-numbers job; you will get out there, sell, grow the business, and make money.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a route sales team to hit targets.
• Grow the territory and acquire new accounts.
• Take ownership of sales numbers and performance.
• Walk into accounts that don’t carry our products and secure orders.
