Max Distributing in Phoenix is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Route Representative to support convenience store accounts across the Arizona market. You will manage your route, merchandise products, and build relationships with store staff.

The role emphasizes independence, organization, and dependable delivery, with opportunities for advancement and a company vehicle provided. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred, and you should be comfortable using mobile devices and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Ability to meet the physical demands of merchandising and stocking products
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
