IGA Market is seeking a part-time team member in South Carolina to assist with receiving, stocking, and cashier duties. The job requires a friendly and cooperative attitude, physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and basic computer skills for daily logging and system updates.

Responsibilities include overseeing DSD receiving, maintaining logs, and ensuring accurate pricing and product flow, while supporting thePricing and general operations teams.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• Knowledge of DSD and scanning operations.
• Comfort with using computers and basic software.
• Ability to read and follow directions and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee DSD vendor activities to ensure proper and accurate receiving of product.
• Maintain a daily DSD receiving and discrepancy log.
• Update system files as needed.
• Ensure back-up receiving clerk is trained and available.
• Report discrepancies or pricing issues to supervisor.
• Maintain neat, organized receiving area.
• Handle damaged merchandise per reclaim procedures.
• Follow all security and shrink procedures.
• Perform as a stocker and as a cashier.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

4. Ensure that a back-up receiving clerk is always trained and available.
5. Report any discrepancies or pricing problems immediately to a supervisor in the Pricing Department.
6. Maintain a neat and organized receiving area.
7. Handle all damaged merchandise according to Damage Reclaim procedures.
8. Follow all security and shrink procedures.
9. Perform as a stocker.
10. Perform as a cashier.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
