Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. in Naperville, IL seeks a DSD Receiver to join our distribution team. This full-time role involves receiving and unloading daily deliveries, scanning invoices, and maintaining clean, organized receiving areas in support of our 5-step QCSSS standards.

You will work a non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends, and collaborate with teammates to prioritize tasks, participate in meetings, and help ensure accurate stock and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work long hours standing and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work non-traditional five-day schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquires and shares knowledge of DSD Department with team members.
• Receives and unloads daily product deliveries.
• Scans invoices and product transfers.
• Maintains QCSSS standards in receiving area and workspace.
• Attends corporate meetings and training classes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
