Job summary

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, teamwork, and flexibility to support daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, and processing deliveries. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a non-traditional five‑day schedule, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Displays a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
  • Able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Willing to work non-traditional five-day schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
  • Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes daily work based on varying business needs.
  • Acquires and shares knowledge of the DSD Department with team members.
  • Work as a team to complete daily tasks, including vendor check-in, scanning damages, maintaining QCSSS standards of receiving area, and transferring products.
  • Scans invoices and completes not-on-files and product transfers.
  • Reception and unloading of daily product deliveries.
  • Attends required corporate meetings and training classes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
