You will execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policies compliance. You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, and pallets management.

How You Will Contribute
  • Review and analyze stock inaccuracies, ensure accurate stock alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems, and introduce corrective measures for missing KPIs.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure punctuality and completeness of deliveries, maintaining quality and HACCP standards.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to optimize shelf-life management and reduce write-offs.
  • Participate in project-related tasks, continuous improvement initiatives, tenders, and peak management.
  • Build and present full-cost analysis, risks, and opportunities.
What You Will Bring
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Teamwork orientation.
  • Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
Job-specific requirements

Strong computer skills, inventory or warehouse knowledge, and a hardworking attitude willing to complete tasks on time.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9am-7pm

The salary range is $50,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and skills. The role includes a competitive bonus program, health benefits, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and holidays. No relocation support is provided.
