MSD Malaysia is seeking a strategic IT partner to translate business strategy into IT roadmaps and to collaborate with DSCS and IT teams on digital initiatives. The role focuses on shaping digital capabilities within CMC and enabling productive, innovative outcomes across R&D and manufacturing interfaces.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, align IT strategy with business needs, and drive a digital mindset, while partnering with DSCS Digital Teams on capability
Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We partner internationally to deliver services and solutions that help DSCS scientists to be more productive and enable innovation. Ensure translation of business strategy to IT strategy, relevant communication to business and IT functions, and develop strategic digital roadmaps.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, biology, chemistry, or other relevant scientific degree.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits. The salary range for this role is $106,200.00 - $167,200.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
