Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is seeking a Drywall Technician / Apprentice to learn new techniques in the trade and grow with our team. No prior experience required beyond a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to drive and commute independently.
• Construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop trade skills in drywall installation/repair and painting
• Assist Senior technicians with drywall and painting projects
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness
• Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with crew leaders and team members
• Support crew with measurements and material prep
