Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is hiring an Entry-Level Technician Apprentice/helpers to learn the trade and grow with our team. This role is ideal for hardworking individuals eager to start a career in construction and join a growing trades company in the drywall sector.

The position offers 6-month track to become a Drywall Technician, with $15–$20 per hour based on experience and bonus potential based on performance. Training and development are provided, plus the stability of year-round work.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop trade skills in drywall installation and painting
• Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness
• Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with crew leaders and team members
• Support crew with measurements and material prep
