Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
• Strong proficiency in texture matching.
• Ownership of hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment.
• Reliable truck or van for transporting tools and materials.
• Availability Monday through Friday (Saturdays optional).
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
• Experience with remodeling-related drywall tasks.
• Strong painting and trim carpentry skills.
• Prior residential service or repair experience.
• Consistent workflow and job assignments.
• Pay reviews based on performance and efficiency.
