Qualifications

• 1–2 years as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer, or 3–5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience with estimating concepts for change orders and pricing.
• Union project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage awarded drywall projects from estimator turnover through completion.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Establish, monitor, and control project budgets and financials.
• Price and process change orders and scope changes.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and productivity with field leadership.
• Conduct jobsite visits with foremen and superintendents.
• Maintain strong communication with GCs, vendors, and internal teams.
