What You’ll Do:

Estimating & Bidding

• Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff (OST), QuickBid

• Analyze blueprints and specs to create competitive bids

• Account for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead

• Collaborate with internal teams to align estimates with client needs and timelines

Project Support

• Work closely with Project Managers to transition successful bids into active jobs

• Participate in preconstruction meetings and cost planning

• Assist with value engineering and project phasing plans as needed

Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with clients, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors

• Maintain clear documentation of bids, revisions, and awarded jobs

• Represent the company professionally in all pre-award interactions

What You’ll Need:

• 2–3 years of drywall estimating experience

• Familiarity with OST, QuickBid, and Microsoft Office

• Experience with structural framing and exterior systems
