Sun Realty, Outer Banks, NC, seeks a Drywall & Painting Technician for full-time, year-round work. The role offers a salary range of $47,840-$56,160 per year, with compensation based on experience. You will estimate, schedule, and perform drywall and painting tasks to keep vacation homes and guests satisfied.

We value applicants with 2+ years in drywall finishing, wallpaper, and paint. A valid driver's license (3+ years, clean record) is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with drywall finishing, wallpaper, and paint/stain applications.
• Basic carpentry skills (advanced carpentry or drywall/finishing experience a plus).
• A valid driver’s license held for 3+ years with a favorable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates and complete work orders for drywall & painting jobs.
• Apply/repair drywall finishes (knock-down, flat, orange peel), wallpaper, and trim/door finishes.
• Work with various paints, stains, and finishes.
• Perform basic general maintenance as needed.
