Job description

Job Title: Drywaller and or Painter

Pay ranges depending on ability from $15- $25 an hour. This will be discussed at time of interview.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

1. Ability to hang and finish drywall
2. Ability to texture drywall
3. Paint using a roller, sprayer, and brush
4. Determine material requirements and dimensions of structure by studying blueprints, sketches, building plans, estimates, and/or work orders
5. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing improvement needs
6. Maintain job integrity by verifying customer satisfaction regularly, positive communications with clients and crew, and ensuring job cleanliness
7. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to:

1. Apply skills in the construction, repair, restoration, and installation of drywall or related materials
2. Estimate time and materials needed for assigned work projects
3. Accurately measure
4. Perform handyman and building maintenance tasks
5. Use all hand tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade
6. Work on call and in emergency situations, as needed
7. Provide exemplary customer services to clients, employees, and vendors
