Job summary

ASI Hastings Inc. in San Diego seeks an Experienced Drywall Install Lead to supervise drywall installation projects on residential sites, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure timely completion. You will lead a crew, coordinate materials, and communicate progress to management.

You will apply your drywall expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver craftsmanship that meets our high standards while providing excellent customer service on every project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of drywall installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation, finishing, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and understand measurements and job specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed work to ensure drywall installation and finishing meet company quality standards.

We are looking for an Experienced Drywall Install Lead to join our team! In this role, you will lead drywall installation projects, oversee jobsite production, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong drywall background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and customer service.

Work Environment

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.
Pay Range: $30 USD - $40 USD
