• One year of drywall finisher experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of drywall and ceiling finishing tools, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read construction blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Join drywall panels using tape and plaster.
• Repair cracks and other drywall damage.
• Conceal imperfections in the drywall surface.
• Layer plaster or spackle with trowels to create a flat surface.
• Sand rough areas to create a smooth surface.
• Skim the surface with a final layer of plaster.
• Manage and maintain required equipment.
• Keep supervisor informed of progress and issues.
• Ensure safe and effective use of all equipment and materials.
