The role requires proficiency in finishing techniques, ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be reliable, able to work with a team, and ready for on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drywall finishing and painting, preferably in the restoration industry.
• Proficient in drywall taping, sanding, and finishing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of painting methods, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Finish drywall surfaces to achieve a smooth, even, and professional appearance.
• Apply primer, paint, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces in restoration projects.
