Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team, specializing in the manufacturing of pre-fabricated modular homes for various sectors including multi-family, senior living, commercial retail, office, and hospitality. The role involves leading a team of 6-7 employees in a production environment, focusing on drywall finishing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Finish drywall and plaster, including sanding, patching, and repairing
• Work on high ceilings using scaffolding or stilts
• Operate hand tools safely and effectively
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in drywall taping and finishing
• Ability to read blueprints and understand job sequencing
• Knowledge of drywall and steel stud installation techniques
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
