Qualifications

• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and extend hours when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Tape and finish drywall joints with joint compound or plaster.
• Repair cracks, holes, and damage to drywall surfaces.
• Conceal seams, fasteners, and surface imperfections.
• Apply and smooth multiple coats of compound.
• Sand rough areas for an even finish.
• Skim-coat walls and ceilings for final prep.
• Operate, clean, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow jobsite safety requirements.
• Communicate progress to supervisor.
• Use materials safely and efficiently.

• Follow all applicable jobsite and safety requirements
• Communicate progress and job-related concerns to the supervisor
• Use materials and supplies safely and efficiently
