This position is for an experienced Drywall Finisher who is committed to quality work and customer service. Additional trade skills are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work independently to safely and professionally complete drywall repairs and new installation as well as complete some home repair, maintenance and improvement projects within schedule and budget.
2. Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects.
3. Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safety.
4. Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tablets.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. An expert level knowledge of drywall finishing is required.
2. A good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical is a plus.
3. Possessing the tools needed to complete drywall repairs, installation and finishing is required.
4. Possessing many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance and installation projects and understand how to safely/properly utilize them is a plus.
5. Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills.
6. A strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant.
7. Able to safely do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders and handling tools.
8. Work in attics and other limited-space areas.
9. Reliable transportation.
10. Current valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
11. Pass background screening.
