The Opportunity

Join an established industry leader specializing in high-end commercial projects. As their Estimator, you\'ll play a crucial role in bidding on significant projects valued at over $1MM, focusing on metal stud framing, and drywall systems.

What You\'ll Do

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial drywall/division 9 packages exceeding $1MM.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather essential project details.
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff Software to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure comprehensive bid proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial drywall and/or commercial plaster sector.
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff Software is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
