Qualifications

• 2-3 years of estimating experience in drywall/ceilings preferred.
• Experience pricing and cost estimation.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Ability to review contracts and bid packages.
• Experience with change orders and cost analysis.
• Site inspections to validate scope and risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates for drywall and ceilings scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Review construction documents, contracts, and bid packages.
• Price and manage change orders, including cost analysis and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to validate scope and identify risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors during preconstruction and execution phases.
• Monitor project costs and support budget tracking and cost control.
• Assist in QC/QA processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain organized documentation of estimates, proposals, and revisions.
• Support continuous improvement in estimating processes and tools.
