Job summary

Handyman Connection of Parker is looking for skilled craftsmen to perform residential handyman jobs across Douglas County. You’ll tackle a variety of home improvement projects with an emphasis on quality and professionalism.

As an independent contractor (1099), you’ll set your own schedule while we provide office support, marketing, and a mobile app for easy job tracking. Bring your own tools and a reliable vehicle; background check required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in home improvement or remodeling.
• Reliable work vehicle and own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Independent Contractor (1099) – Must carry general liability insurance (workers comp where required)

• Accurately estimate labor and material costs and complete jobs with customer satisfaction in mind

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential handyman jobs and home improvements with a focus on quality and professionalism

Your Skills & Experience (Must Have 3+ of the Following)

• Carpentry (framing, trim, repairs)
• Drywall (installation, taping, patching, texturing)
• Interior & Exterior Painting
• Minor Plumbing (fixture replacement, leak repairs)
• Minor Electrical (outlet/switch replacement, fixture installs)
• General Home Repairs & Maintenance
• Remodeling Experience a big plus

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in home improvement or remodeling
