Job summary
A leading company in dryer vent services is seeking a qualified technician to inspect, clean, and install dryer vent systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This role requires working at heights and in confined spaces, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, carpentry, or handyman work.
- Must be 21 or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Inspect dryer vent systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Provide quotes based on inspection results for cleaning or repairs.
- Install dryer vent systems in new buildings.

Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect dryer vent systems from inside the dryer to the outside of the building for residential, apartment, and commercial properties.
- Provide quotes based on inspection results for cleaning or repairing vents to meet building codes.
- Complete necessary cleaning and repairs.
- Install dryer vent systems in new residential and commercial buildings.

- Present yourself professionally at all times to uphold the company's image.
- Provide complete, accurate, and legible inspection results to customers.
- Offer additional relevant products or services based on inspection findings.
- Describe features and benefits of products/services clearly.
- Service customer’s dryer vent systems professionally as per inspection results.
- Review invoices, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, carpentry, or handyman work.
- Comfortable working with tools and climbing ladders up to 20 feet, including rooftops.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, closets) and outdoors in various temperatures.
- Independent problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Availability to work required hours, including weekends, and willingness to travel for training (expenses covered).
- Must be 21 or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check and drug screening.
Ideal Candidate:
- Former or current safety personnel (police, fire, EMS).
- Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical installation.
