Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dryer vent systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

1. Perform thorough cleaning of dryer vent systems in residential properties
2. Inspect and identify any issues or blockages in the dryer vent
3. Use specialized equipment to remove lint, debris, and other obstructions
4. Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of dryer vent systems
5. Educate customers on the importance of regular dryer vent maintenance and safety
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
8. Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job

Minimum Requirements

1. Experience in dryer vent cleaning or HVAC maintenance (5 years+)
2. General Liability Preferred
3. Knowledge of dryer vent systems and their components
4. Familiarity with specialized cleaning equipment
5. Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
6. Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
9. Living currently in the US
