Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor drying equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor temperature, pressure and other process conditions; adjust as needed.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting with team support.
• Complete production records, batch documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor silo volumes and production flow to keep process moving.
• Perform CIP/COP cleaning and sanitation per procedures.
• Handle raw materials and finished products following GMP and food-safety requirements.
• Speak up and collaborate to resolve production or processing issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be hands-on with the drying process, keeping equipment running smoothly and making sure every batch meets our safety, quality, and production standards.

• Operate and monitor drying equipment according to established SOPs.
• Keep an eye on temperature, pressure, dry matter, and other process conditions, making adjustments when needed.
• Complete routine equipment checks and handle basic troubleshooting, partnering with the team when bigger issues come up.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and quality checks accurately.
• Monitor silo volumes and production flow to help keep the process moving.
• Complete CIP/COP cleaning and sanitation according to established procedures.
• Handle raw materials and finished products following GMP and food-safety requirements.
• Speak up when something doesn’t look right and work with the team to identify and resolve production or processing issues.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous food, dairy, chemical, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to follow SOPs, written instructions, and safety procedures carefully and consistently.
• Familiarity with GMP and food-safety standards is a plus.
• Someone who takes safety, quality, attention to detail, and doing the job right seriously.
