Job summary

LG Electronics is Hiring for an Operator Trainer role, responsible for training operators on equipment and processes while assisting in diagnosing mechanical issues and improving performance. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of production experience.

• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies.
• International travel required for training.

Responsibilities

Annual Salary of $67,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trainingOperators on equipment and processes
• AssistsOperators in diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct
• Identify training and development needs through regular conversation and observation
• Assists Manager with reviewing Operator performance
• Assists in the development and update oftraining manuals
