Symrise is seeking a dedicated Dryer Operator for the Day Shift to join our food processing team. You will operate dryer and evaporator systems, perform CIP, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, GMP knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a team to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• GMP and hygienic practices knowledge preferred.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, inspect, and process transferred liquid product through dryer and evaporator operations.
• Operate dryer and evaporator equipment per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping; follow GMP/ISO cleanliness standards.
• Run CIP and ensure proper filtration, filtration changes, and filter cleaning.
• Complete process charts and production documentation; use ERP (AX System).
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with equipment maintenance.
