Drybar Salt Lake City is seeking part-time hair stylists with Friday and Saturday availability to deliver signature blowouts in a fast-paced salon setting.

At Drybar, we focus on blowouts—no cuts, no color. You will perform styling, provide an outstanding client experience, and contribute to a friendly, team-driven shop culture. We offer hourly pay with gratuity and commissions, paid training, product discounts, and opportunities for growth through management and education paths.

Qualifications

• Current and valid cosmetology license (Utah).
• Excellent hair styling and finishing skills.
• Desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Perf orm blowouts for clients, delivering top-tier styling.
• Provide an over-the-top client experience and personalized service.
• Promote and sell Drybar products and tools to clients.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and restocked with supplies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

We are looking for a hair stylist who has

• A current and valid cosmetology license, or hairstyling license for UTAH
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• A desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Drive and motivation
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team

Hey cosmetology students!

We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology or hairstyling license to work as a hairstylist). Gain salon experience as a Bartender aka front desk receptionist.

Here is what you will be doing as a Drybar hair stylist

• Hair stylists perform amazing blow outs on our clients! Its all about beauty.
• They also provide an over the top client experience.
• We love to sell products and tools - it's easy because our clients love us!
• We need to keep the shop fresh, stylist side work includes activities such as dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.
• We love to connect with our stylists so we have meetings regularly.
