Job summary

Drybar is hiring a Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist to join our one-focus, blowout-centric team in Madison. You’ll perform remarkable blowouts, deliver an exceptional client experience, and help clients choose products and tools they love. We are looking for a hair stylist who has

• A current and valid cosmetology license, or hairstyling license.
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• A desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Drive and motivation
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team

Hey cosmetology students! We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology or hairstyling license to work as a hairstylist). Gain salon experience as a Bartender aka front desk receptionist.

Here is what you will be doing as a Drybar hair stylist

• Hair stylists perform amazing blow outs on our clients! It’s all about beauty.
• They also provide an over the top client experience.
• We love to sell products and tools - it's easy because our clients love us!
• We need to keep the shop fresh, stylist side work includes activities such as dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.
• We love to connect with our stylists so we have meetings regularly.
