Job summary

Benchmark Utility Services is seeking hardworking Construction Dry Utility Laborers to join our field team. In this role, you will support underground dry utility and site construction projects by performing a variety of physical labor tasks outdoors, adapting to weather and changing site conditions.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor position with opportunities to grow your skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• OSHA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor to support site and utility construction projects.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, include PPE and daily safety briefings.
• Assist with installation of piping, conduit, and other utility infrastructure.
• Support skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as needed.
