Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in manufacturing (food processing preferred), strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating food processing machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to plan production runs.
• Inventory daily dry and fresh ingredients and record levels.
• Unload trucks and record inventory transactions.
• Operate grinding and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with production staff.
• Participate in annual inventory.
• Keep work area neat and compliant with safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
