Job summary

Continental Carbonic in Beatrice, NE is seeking Team Members for our manufacturing plant to support productivity, quality and safety on 12-hour shifts, 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM, with every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

The role includes packing ice, shoveling dry ice during production, labeling, forklift operation, and occasional department transfers under supervision, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 1–3 years with food safety experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely in a plant environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pack and wrap ice according to customer specifications.
• Shovel and package dry ice during production, label and stage for loading.
• Clean and sanitize large industrial containers.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Move between departments as directed by supervisor.
