Job summary

Matheson is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member for our plant. The role supports productivity, quality, and safety in a 12-hour shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Duties include packing, shoveling, labeling, and forklift operation to handle dry ice and CO2 products.

The position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures, with opportunities to move between departments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand for a 12-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to follow directions, be punctual, and adhere to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifications.
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during manufacturing.
• Labeling, strapping, and staging dry ice for loading.
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers.
• Safe forklift operation.
• Ability to move between departments as directed by supervisor.
