DRY GROCERY/ORDER SELECTOR (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence. Capable of writing simple correspondence and presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.
  • Capability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Willingness to move with purpose and a sense of urgency.
  • Availability to work weekends regularly.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Familiarity with distribution center terminology and processes.
  • Ability to meet production standards.
Desired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, plus one year of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
