Dry Goods USA is hiring a Keyholder to support store operations in Minnesota. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain an exciting, clean store. The role includes achieving sales targets, training new staff, and opening/closing shifts to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute duties of a sales associate and meet individual sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and drive repeat visits.
• Highlight product knowledge to create the best customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock and maintain a visually appealing store.
• Assist with new hire training.
• Open and close the store for business.
