Dry Goods at The Greene Town Center, Beavercreek, Ohio is seeking a motivated Dry Goods Keyholder to support store operations and elevate the customer experience. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You’ll develop relationships to grow the business, assist with training new hires, and open/close the store. Shifts include day, evening, and weekends, with competitive wages and growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
