Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Keyholder for our Towne Center Plaza store in Leawood, KS. You will support management, deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and keep the store clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving sales, restocking, training new staff, opening and closing duties, and working day, evening, and weekend shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide their shopping experience.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and meet individual sales goals.

• Highlight product knowledge and services to enhance customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock to keep shelves replenished.
• Maintain a clean, attractive store presentation at all times.
• Assist with new hire training and onboarding.
• Open and close the store for business every day.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
