Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking a dedicated Dry Goods Keyholder in Illinois to support store operations and lead by example in customer service and product knowledge. You will help create an exciting shopping environment and train new hires to uphold our standards.

In this role you will open and close, greet customers, share features, unpack stock, keep the store visually appealing, and strive to meet sales goals while building lasting relationships with shoppers.

Qualifications

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates' wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
