Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking a Dry Goods Keyholder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Illinois. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain an inviting, well-merchandised store environment.

You will contribute to training new hires, open/close the store, and work day, evening, and weekend shifts to help meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and drive sales.
• Experience assisting with merchandising and store operations.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Description As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do:

Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customerExecute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goalsDevelop relationships to grow your businessHighlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experienceUnpack and display stockMaintain a visually appealing and clean storeAssist with new hire trainingOpen and close the store for businessBe available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
