Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking a dedicated Dry Goods Keyholder to support the management team in store operations. You will deliver one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean, exciting store.

You will own the customer experience, execute sales duties, and help open/close the store. The role requires flexible day, evening, and weekend availability, with competitive wages and strong team promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Experience presenting and merchandising stock.
• Experience or willingness to assist with training new staff.

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $16.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
