Dry Goods USA in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager, motivate associates, build customer relationships, and assist with daily operations. You will provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

You’ll lead by example, coach teams, and contribute to sales goals while working a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
