Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Fashion Mall) to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a personal styling experience for customers. You’ll help maintain a clean, exciting store environment and provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and help achieve sales and service goals while collaborating with management to grow the business.

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example.
• Develop relationships to grow store business.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals.
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
