Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help build relationships, share product knowledge, and present a clean, exciting store environment.

You will rotate day, evening, and weekend shifts, develop strategies to grow store business, and ensure sales and customer satisfaction goals are met with coaching and leadership.

Job description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do:

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
