Job summary

Dry Goods USA in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in coaching associates, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining an exciting, well-organized store.

You will build relationships, share product knowledge, meet sales goals, and help create personal style for customers. This role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts with a focus on growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop associates and meet sales goals.

Job description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
