Job summary

Dry Goods USA in Richmond, Virginia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and to help customers create their own personal style. You will share product knowledge, present a clean and exciting store, and help the team meet store goals.

You’ll coach and lead by example, foster customer relationships, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment while aiding daily operations and staff development.
